After reading a lot about Raw Press I was excited to actually visit their cafe in Dover Street, London. It's a juice bar and cafe. It has cabinets of delicious and varied juices in funky clear glass bottles. Just so colourful. Juice
bars look to be on track to become increasingly popular in 2015 and are so trendy at the moment. Magazines and weekend supplements are full of the juicing trend which is now becoming more mainstream. This
trend is here to stay and Raw Press is one of the first and best stand-alone stores
in London. Founded by cousins Jack and Toby Graham.
The cafe has a large communal table which is lined with funky toasters and provides
the perfect place to share lunch with a friend or with free wifi even work, write
your emails or just be.
They have a bookshelf selling used, out of print books as well as current popular cook books. It has a relaxed
atmosphere and very casual.
I arrived just after lunch but there were a delicious selection of salads to
choose from, which all come in two sizes and can be eaten in or taken
away. These are all lined up
in big, colourful bowls across the coffee bar so you can see them all
out before deciding to get a mixed box or just stick with one delicious
variation.
Plus there are soups and of course a great range of
cold-pressed juices, There are three different green juices there too. So all you green juice lovers will be happy! I certainly was with the Green 2.

Apple + cucumber + celery + kale + spinach + Swiss chard + lemon. Delicious! |
You don't have to worry if you love outside London and want to sample their juice as Raw Press
offer a nationwide delivery service for
all of mainland UK for their juices.
I tried Mira's Spiced Chia pot as a sweet fix and it certainly filled that need.
And a refreshing cup of lemon grass tea.
I think this is a really good article. You make this information interesting and engaging. You give readers a lot to think about and I appreciate that kind of writing.
